    Approximately 3,500 people visit our website on a monthly basis
    Cost - 1 % + VAT
  • Premium Feature Property with Front Page listing on our website
    Cost - £150.00 + VAT pcm pre-payment required
  • Email and Text notification to all registered applicants
    Cost – FOC (complementary service as part of welcome aboard package)
  • TO LET Board
    Cost – FOC (complementary service as part of our welcome aboard package)
    One of the most effective methods of attracting passing prospective tenants
  • Zoopla and Rightmove
    Cost - 2.0 % + VAT Per Portal
    Enjoy national coverage and make sure your property gets noticed in all the right places

    Cost - £50.00 minimum pre-payment required

    Cost - £150.00 min pre-payment required

Section 3

Legal Compliancy Certification

  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) (mandatory pre-marketing)
    Cost - £90.00 + VAT
  • Gas Safety Certificates
    Cost - £65.00 + VAT excluding any remedial work required to reach legally required standard
  • Electric Safety / Installed Certificates
    Cost - £195.00 + VAT excluding any remedial work required to reach legally required standard

Section 4

Property Management

  • Rent Guarantee Insurance
    Cost - £250 + VAT (subject to status)
  • Provision of Legally Compliant Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) Agreement
    Cost - 2 % + VAT
  • Rent collection
    Cost - 1 % + VAT
  • Full Management
    Cost - 3 % + VAT
  • Premium Service for non UK resident landlords, including: International Courier / Rent Transfer / Full property update on 6 months basis
    Cost - 2 % + VAT
  • Professional Check-In inventory arrangements
    Cost – Dependent on individual property size and room numbers
