Founder

Meet the founder of Property Hub Mr. Sachinkumar Gupta, BSc.,MARLA, MNAEA, NAVA. He is a fully qualified member of National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA). He has successfully completed the following awards which are highly accredited within the modern Real Estate industry for England and Wales: (Level 3 Award for Residential Lettings and Property Management), (Level 3 Technical Award in Sales of Residential Properties), (Level 3 Award in Real Property Auctioneering), as well as (Level 6, Award in Residential Property Letting Practice) Scotland. He is an up and coming young entrepreneur, a well focused and driven businessman with a keen interest in supporting his local communities, schools and charity organisations on a regular basis. Apart of professional growth within his business, he is now sponsoring “The Courier” magazines, an up to date local magazine, broadcasted throughout the North West London area. Apart of professional life, Sachin likes to spend quality time with family, friends and loves to take part in local cricket, golf, chess and Snooker teams along with travelling, listening music, reading & writing property articles. Duke, a true ambassador of our office, he is highly well trained & responds to both verbal & hand signals. He has all basic commands such as sit, stay (in various positions), give his paw, etc... When seeing a new clients. He works well with other people and can work at a distance and learn sequences, routines and names. Duke has been trained using positive reinforcement/reward based training, he is a very high energy dog and has had a lot of love & time put into him, providing lots of love to existing customer and always prepare to meet and greet to everyone.

Nehal Virani

Naresh Padshala

Lettings Negotiator and Administrator

Lettings Negotiator and Administrator Naresh Padshala works in the Wembley Office. He has a fantastic temperament for helping various Landlords & Tenants with their letting-related difficulties and maintenance issues. He handles a variety of client services, from maintenance to lettings administration work. He assists with routine office tasks and provides a hand with accounting and maintenance issues that rental properties bring to the office. He has been recognized with distinction that he holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration on Hempcrete Material for Construction. Dipali Patel

Dipali Patel has 2 years of experience in the UK and 9 years of experience in Indian real estate. She mostly works in the company's accounting department and oversees tenancy renewals. Dipali, also keep the VAT Filing Return to HMRC, Payment to Supplier, and Invoicing to Clients and Companies, reported to me on all financial day-to-day operations. She is able to do the specified task on time, if not a bit early sometime as she is superfast and very well focused in duties.
