Meet the founder of Property Hub Mr. Sachinkumar Gupta, BSc.,MARLA, MNAEA, NAVA , member of LLAS. He is a fully qualified member of National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA), LLAS London Landlord Accreditation Scheme. He has successfully completed the following awards which are highly accredited within the modern Real Estate industry for England and Wales: (Level 3 Award for Residential Lettings and Property Management), (Level 3 Technical Award in Sales of Residential Properties), (Level 3 Award in Real Property Auctioneering), as well as (Level 6, Award in Residential Property Letting Practice) Scotland. He is an up and coming young entrepreneur, a well focused and driven businessman with a keen interest in supporting his local communities, schools and charity organisations on a regular basis. Apart of professional growth within his business, he is now sponsoring “The Courier” magazines, an up to date local magazine, broadcasted throughout the North West London area. Apart of professional life, Sachin likes to spend quality time with family, friends and loves to take part in local cricket, golf, chess and Snooker teams along with travelling, listening music, reading & writing property articles. When seeing a new clients. He works well with other people and can work at a distance and learn sequences, routines and names. Duke has been trained using positive reinforcement/reward based training, he is a very high energy dog and has had a lot of love & time put into him, providing lots of love to existing customer and always prepare to meet and greet to everyone.

Viveca keeps herself informed of legislations and continues to inform her clients too to ensure they are receiving the highest standard of service. She is known within the Harrow & Wembley area by her aim to serve all of our clients and build long lasting businesses relationships always treating them with respect and dignity. Nimisha has shows her great negotiation skill while dealing with renewal of tenancy or arranging the work order with a supplier, resulting in a healthy profit to the landlord on the management side. She is knowledgeable on landlord licensing requirements, record of periodic inspection up to date for landlord (clients), she a quite cool person and she loves the numbers which have motivated her at all times. She is an adaptable, lateral thinking and quick learner with extensive knowledge of accounts, payable procedures and general accounting processes. She likes to always utilise her experience and knowledge gained over last 5 years and self-develops her personality to win over client's heart. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and she loved art painting, drawing and listening to various music genres.

Miss Shreya Patel, Lettings and Admin Department. Shreya is an outspoken, confident, bubbly character in our Wembley office; she is a keen learner and always goes the extra mile to exceed each client’s satisfaction. Client’s queries are her priority. She is the youngest yet brightest member of the team and is the backbone of the administration department of the company. After finishing a business and marketing course at college she has decided to join Property Hub. She has only been in the company for 6 months and since then she has been able to learn along a pathway, handling all admin work on her own without any difficulties. Shreya has a very unique personality and loves to gain new experiences. Her journey has only just started and is due to grow many branches on her way. Away from the company, Shreya loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family. If you’re lucky enough you’ll hear her unique singing voice at the office.
