The EU referendum  Results into BrExit. Landlords, Have you protected your rental income ?.

The EU referendum result is now out and UK is now Out of EU, It has been predicated by Economist that lots of job loss and changes going to happened due to result. Being professional and experience estate agents we have to say ‘’ Economic times have led to more and more landlords needing to protect their rental property investment and their income more than ever before’’. Even the best tenants can find their circumstances changing, resulting in them being unable to meet their rental commitments. Contact us at your earliest and protect yourself from the threat of Non-Payment by tenants.

Having a rent guarantee policy in place can protect you from being out of pocket as a landlord.  We use a single insurer for rent protection  insurance.

Rent protection policy offers cover on the property

Only one policy is required on the property, regardless of the number of Tenants. A unique feature of Legal Expenses Insurance & Rent Protection is that the cover remains in force for the full term chosen - either 6 or 12 Months (unless any claim has been made). Providing all Tenants or Guarantors on the Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) have successfully passed a reference with us, this allows you to change Tenants during the cover period without taking out a new policy*.

Continued Payment

The rent will continue to be paid until vacant possession is obtained - regardless of when a claim is made during the AST*.

Secure Cover

In the event of a claim, at no extra cost our solicitors can serve the Section 8 and 21 Notices. We will cover up to £50,000 total rent payment per claim. Legal Expenses cover is up to £100,000 to gain vacant possession.
