Following the announcements of the UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson this week, we are asking everyone to stop non-essential contact and we may, over the next few weeks, implement the Remote Working section of our Business Continuity Plan.
As an essential part of this measure, we will be giving all of our staff the opportunity to work from home to focus on delivering the brilliant service you are accustomed to and to ensure the safety of you as our client. We will be operating a limited workforce in our office and aim to respond to all email inquiries within 48 - 72 hours timeframe.
Regular access to properties is restricted by most occupiers, which will ultimately delay appointments and some clients may face cancellations too. Surely it will affect the results of our driven success ratio on both sales and lettings and transactions may take slightly longer than usual.
