Not to forget the multiple bus access from the Harrow on the Hill Bus station.

With increasing populations, Harrow has been expanding with three large developments having been completed in the last few years; it now boasts a huge amount of affordable housing and has become famous for families and first-time buyers. In terms of capital growth, Harrow has become a solid place to invest.

Watford Council has introduced licensing, in the rental market, for private residential properties, where a part of the borough is a subject to a designation under the Housing Act 2004.
